How do I access my unit?During office hours - the gate and roller shutters are open and all you need is your padlock key or code. Outside of office hours - you will need to input your access code into the access panel to open and close the gate and roller shutters.

When can I access my unit?Whenever you need to during our Access Hours - 6am till 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Who else will have access to my storage unit?NO ONE - You are the only one who has access to your storage unit, as you will be the only one with a key to your padlock. We do not hold a key to your storage unit.

Can I authorise other people or family members to access my unit?YES - you can provide authority for your selected people when you sign your RSS Storage Agreement. All you need to do is complete our authority form with the names of people you would like to access your unit.

Can I have access outside of advertised hours?NO - As our location is zoned residential, access is only between 6am and 10pm, 7 days.

Can I give my code to others e.g. family or a removalist?It is recommended you only give your code to the people you have authorised in writing to access your unit. If you do give your code out, it is best to advise us via email that you have done so.
