"I’ve worked in independent businesses since 1973 and know and appreciate the true value of this type of constitution. RSS takes it all a little further, as it is a family business. Care and security is a big thing in this place. I regularly order product (wine), and upon arrival it is placed in my locker which is greatly appreciated. In a previous location I experienced theft post delivery. And there, there was no recourse or even much concern. As a renter, I’ve always received a welcoming smile on arrival. This is important to me. There is no robotic BS at RSS. Simply a pleasure.."

"I have been storing my stock at Rhodes Self Storage for approximately 6 months. Prior to this I visited several other storage sites and decided on Rhodes for many reasons. The doors to my storage unit can be securely locked and they have a good CCTV monitoring system in place. All of the staff; Sandy, Ian, and David are very friendly. They have always been willing to assist me when needed. This is important particularly when organising deliveries and/or organising stock/or other related items to be sent out. The facilities are well maintained, and cleaned on a regular basis, which means my stock is not stored on dirty floors as this appears to be the case at some other storage sites that I visited. Overall I am very happy with the facility and the service that is provided are Rhodes Self Storage, and would highly recommend it for storage of goods, or personal/household items."

"We used RSS as our internet store office and warehouse for 4 months. The staff here David, Ian, Sandy and Mark are all very nice people, and love to help. Every time I have a big delivery, they help to unload the truck and move to my unit. I also get a sms notification for the parcels when I am not there. That is very convenient. Under the management of this team, I do not need to worry about the security of my stocks neither. The facility is always clean and well organised. I moved out because of my business expanding, this place is worth to recommend to others, because of the convenience, professionalism, and security."
